  19. If you try to load an embedded document by double-clicking its icon
  20. in Microsoft Mail, it does not load into its associate application.

  22. CAUSE
  23. =====

  25. This problem is caused by a bug in File Manager. File Manager
  26. incorrectly modifies a portion of the Registry that controls the
  27. loading of embedded documents.

  29. STATUS

  32. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and
  33. Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in
  34. the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced
  35. Server version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
  36. query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without
